DJ email signature generator
Fill in your details and get an email signature for a DJ, producer or label: a preview, a version to paste into your mail app, the HTML and a plain-text version. Everything stays in your browser.
Your signature
Enter your name to start. The signature appears here as you type, ready to copy.
- Your name, and your artist name
- Your role, label or club, and city
- One link to your music
- Email and booking contact
- Two or three profiles, as plain links
Send it with Dubsend
A promo email needs only a short sign-off with your name and the label. In Dubsend you set the sign-off and the footer once for each brand, and every promo email from that brand uses them.
How the signature is built
The signature follows the guide DJ email signature: what to include.
- Name: your name in bold, with your artist name after it if you use a different one.
- Role: one line with your role, the label, club or agency, and your city.
- One music link: the page you most want people to hear.
- Contact: your email, and your agent if someone else handles bookings.
- Profiles: written out as plain links, which can be read, copied and opened in any mail app. No icons.
Before you use it
- Send a test email to yourself and open it on your phone. Each line should fit or wrap cleanly.
- Set the same signature in the mail app on your phone: it usually keeps its own.
- Keep fees, follower counts, quotes and banners out of it. They age quickly and repeat in every reply.
- If you add a logo, use an image that is already online. Your name and details stay in the text for people who don't load images.
Questions
Is the signature generator free?
Yes. It works in your browser and needs no account. Nothing you type is sent to Dubsend.
How do I add the signature to Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail?
Press Copy signature, open the signature setting of your mail app and paste. In Gmail it is under Settings, General, Signature. In Outlook on the web it is under Settings, Mail, Compose and reply. In Apple Mail it is under Settings, Signatures. If your app only takes plain text, use Copy plain text.
Why are there no social icons?
Icons are images: many mail apps hide them until the reader allows images, they turn into attachments in replies and they are hard to tap on a phone. Written-out links work everywhere.
Can I add a logo?
Yes, as a link to an image that is already online, shown 120 pixels wide. Your name and contact details stay in the text, so the signature still works when images are off.
Where are my details saved?
In this browser on this device, so the form is still filled in when you come back. Clear the form removes them. If your browser blocks storage, the generator still works and nothing is saved.
