Inflyte alternatives for labels in 2026
Inflyte is one of the longest-running promo tools for labels. Labels look at other tools for three reasons: the price per promo, how lists are built, and the look of the promo. This guide lists tools that do the same job and says what each one is built for.

What to compare
- Who you send to: your own list only, or your list plus a pool of DJs the tool brings.
- How you pay: per promo, per email sent, or a monthly plan with unlimited promos.
- Feedback: whether DJs must give feedback before they download, and what it asks.
- Stats: opens, listening time, downloads, and how opens from email privacy tools are counted.
- Extras: watermarking, airplay tracking, apps for DJs, reports for the artist.
The tools
Dubsend
Sends promos to your own list, with the email and promo page in your branding. Feedback before download by default, listening time per track, MP3, WAV and AIFF downloads tagged with each recipient's name, up to two reminders, reports for the artist, team seats. Free plan (1 promo every 30 days, 100 recipients a month); Artist £12, Label £29 and Pro £79 a month with unlimited promos, VAT included. No airplay tracking yet. See Dubsend and Inflyte compared.
CTRL PROMO
A UK promo sender for labels and PR, to their own list. DJs rate the promo out of 10 and comment to unlock the download, which can be turned off per promo. Several labels per account, embargo and "club play only" options, reports, and a white-label option on its top plan. £26 a month for 3 promos, £50 for 6, £140 for 18, £380 for 40 with white label, or £12 per promo, tax included.
Promoly
Sends to your contacts and to opted-in tastemakers from its own pool, with a contact manager. Feedback before download is available. Priced by emails sent: £15 a month for 300, £29 for 750, £59 for 2,000, £119 for 15,000, with a 7-day trial.
PromoLink
Sends to your own list and a public pool, with a chart counted from DJ downloads. Paid plans can require feedback before download. Free for 50 emails a month; paid plans €24.19, €60.49 and €181.49 a month including VAT.
FATdrop
A long-running UK promo platform with watermarking on streams and downloads and a feature against link sharing. Paid prices are not published; a trial campaign costs £1.
Haulix
Promo with an emphasis on security, used mostly for press and PR. Fraunhofer watermarking on higher plans. $22, $99, $199 and $499 a month, with a 14-day free trial.
Trackstack
A different model: an inbox network where members receive demos and promos from other members. Useful for pitching to people you don't know yet; it doesn't email your own list. See Dubsend and Trackstack.
Promo tools from distributors
Some distributors include a promo tool with distribution. If you already distribute with one, check what it includes first.
Doing it yourself
A private SoundCloud or Dropbox link sent with an email tool. It costs little, but there is no feedback before download, no listening data per person and no tagged downloads.
